We've had a good look at this industry of ours with one goal in mind. To try and leave it a little better than we find it.

With this in mind you may have noticed something slightly different about our deals - we don't offer cash back. The reason? It's estimated cash back schemes (commonly used in the mobile phone market) are costing the British public a total of £35 billion a year!

If we are to strive to take responsibility for the impact our business and its practices have on others, this cash back stuff just doesn't sit well with us. We want to implement measures to give our consumers protection so we've decided to keep our deals simple.

All our offers are straight from the networks. Yep we might not offer £450 cash back, which you can claim over 18 months by sending in monthly bills, within tight allocated time frames whilst jumping through hoops. But you know what you're getting. There are no loop holes, or hidden catches in the small print meaning with Marmalade you can choose the handset and price plan that is right for you without taking out a contract you ordinarily would not have been able to afford and potentially become trapped into paying. AND you help spread a little bit of goodness too as for every handset sold, we donate £10 to Macmillan Cancer Support.

In short, our offers may not have all the frills but they're honest, good value and always guaranteed to give a little back.
