Smart Business Mobile Phones Lead a Worldwide Revolution

Smartphones are popular, FACT. So popular that recent studies by Infonetics Research show smartphones increasing in sales year on year with a 21.5% compound growth predicted between 2008 and 2013. Yawn, but there is an interesting point here: why are they so popular?
Well, they do the lot and look good while they’re at it, plus they’re usually free or low-cost with a contract deal so the package seems irresistable. Possibly the biggest reason is that more and more Companies are choosing smartphones as their business mobile phones to enable their employees to work while on the go or between meetings.
Not everyone’s loving the smartphone revolution though, Martin Cooper, who is widely accepted as the inventer of the modern day mobile phone, believes that today’s phones try to be all things to all people and end up under-achieving across the board.
