It's not just the area that's attractive; open the doors of our HQ and you walk into an office full of charm and character with exposed timber beams, cast iron columns, beautiful original exposed brickwork and superb natural light. A 'work house of our age' and a 'factory of the economy' it is not!

We've been careful to invest in our most valued asset - our people. We don't hold the belief that cramming sales staff into every available square inch increases profits. Instead we deploy good people practices inside an inspiring place to work.

Our split level office houses the call centre on the lower floor which benefits from the latest state if the art technology, plasma screens and a constant feed of music amongst other jollies.

Upstairs you'll find Marmaland - from the retro chic sofas to the Nintendo Wii game consoles, it's the ultimate in chill out sophistication.

Entering our training room is like stepping into a fabulous boutique with faux Louis XV chairs, chaise longue and chandeliers.. who said call centres had to be grey?

Naturally we pay very well, but rather than paying everyone a pound an hour more than the next call centre we aim to keep to our philosophy and spend our spare funds on 'investing in our staff' and making work fun. This includes company cars for the best sales agents, £100 on your birthday... and a nice cake, duvet days, cinema nights, pizza Fridays....Marmalovely!
