Competition terms & conditions

When you purchase a mobile phone via www.lovemarmalade.com your name will be entered onto our competition database. After you have paid your first four bills, in full and on time, you will then automatically be entered into our prize draw.

The prize draw for the Plasma screens will take place on the 28th day of each month.
The prize draw for the Mini will take place on Monday 15th December 2008.

Winners will be announced on the website and also contacted via phone and written correspondence to their home address. For this reason, should any of your contact details change, it is important to notify Love Marmalade.
Should a prize go unclaimed for more than 6 weeks, we reserve the right to forfeit the competition and enter the prize back into the draw.

We don not substitute prizes for cash alternatives.

You have to be 18 to purchase a mobile phone from Love Marmalade; unfortunately this age restriction is reflected in the prize draw.

We reserve the right to announce competition winners in any post promotion publicity.
