Can I use my phone immediately?

For security reasons, we do not send out connected handsets. So when you receive your handset, please call our connections team on 0161 233 4555 between 10am and 8pm Monday - Wednesday and 11am - 7pm Thursday & Friday.

Should you not call us to connect your phone within 48 hours, the handset will automatically be connected.

As a general rule you should charge your phone for 16 hours before you use it for the first time, however, after inserting the SIM and affixing the battery you may use it whilst in its first charge. Please allow 24 hours after delivery for the network provider to connect your phone.
