How do I know my £10 has been donated to charity?

For every mobile phone contract that is activated via Love Marmalade, we will donate £10 to Macmillan Cancer Support. You will not receive an individual acknowledgement for the donation we have made on your behalf; this is purely because of the administration costs attached to doing so. We would much rather the full donation goes towards helping Macmillan do what they do best. However you can see the total we have raised so far at any time by clicking on the Marmalaid section on our website at any time.

If you're ordering a new phone, what can you do with your old one?

Accompanying your new purchase will be a prepaid envelope for you to send your phone off for recycling and it won't cost you a penny. The recycling company will give Macmillan Cancer Support money for your old phone. They could receive anything up to £20 and if the phone is worth nothing, it will be disposed of safely. Please, please use this service! Just think how much more your old phone could do instead of collected dust samples.
