If you've managed to have a browse round our website you'll see we've made a start. We value our staff and the workspace they come into each day; are offers are upfront and honest with NO catches in the small print and we donate a share of our profits to charity.

However we're always looking for more ways we can make things a little better, or in the very least not make things worse.

That's why the next big project is our carbon footprint. The office is already as paperless as possible (loos excluded), the vending machines are environmentally friendly - the cups are even recycled to make pencils for schools, but just in case we're not doing enough we have a carbon audit on the way and we're also looking at introducing a fabulous CO2 project to involve not only Marmalade but our customers too.. keep an eye on our daily blog for updates on how we're getting along!
